Noisett is one of the main villains in Peppina and the Magical Tower of Pizza. He is Noise-Chan's boyfriend and cameraman who supports her in everything she does

Appearance
Noisett is a young European man with long brown hair and red eyes. He wears a pink shirt with bishop sleeves, purple pants with white buttons and brown shoes. When he does mischiefs with Noise-Chan, he wears a pink rabbit mask. Sometimes he wears a long red cape. Noisett doesn't seem to transform with his Candy Charm as his charm never reveals its true form of a red and white lollipop, and instead stays as a red gem brooch with golden rim.
