Kagune Oto (於藤 神音, Oto Kagune) is one of the main villains in Peppina and the Magical Tower of Pizza series. She is a popular local TV reporter and one of the Pizza Head's loyal minions.

Appearance

Noise-Chan is a young girl with light skin, orange eyes and blue long hair that curls on its tips. She usually wears yellow dress with orange bow which is actually a Candy Charm in disguise. As a news reporter, she wears yellow suit with a pencil skirt, brown tights and orange high heel shoes.

As a Pizza Minion

When transformed she wears yellow and white bodysuit with orange belt, yellow wide cap with an orange candy-shaped charm, yellow mask, white long gloves, yellow boots and orange cape, tied on her neck.

Personality

Noise-Chan is a devious and arrogant person. She enjoys seeing Peppina suffer and finds amusement in aggravating her. Her status and popularity are essential to her. She states that she is serving Pizza Head only because the magic powers that he gave her lets her have as much fun as she likes to.E%2□ has a tendency of�%laughing loudly and dramatically, especially when making fun of someone. Story

�ackground

K%2□�une is a famous local news reporter and news presenter who is know to the public under the alias of Noise-Chan. She studied in a rich school abroad before returning back to Japan to fulfill her dream of being a popular TV star. While she was studying abroad she met Noisett, who now became her boyfriend and also currently works for her as a cameraman.

In Anime

First Noise-Chan and Noisett shown in the second episode of the anime when they stumbled Peppina fighting the Pizza Monsters. Wanting to do a news report on this they sneakily follow her and enter the portal leading into the Magical Tower of Pizza. Being lost in a tower, they get ambushed and caught by Pizza Minions who bring the couple to Pizza Head. Realizing that they know much more about humans and human world, Pizza Head decides to recruit them, my giving them the Candy Charms and making them vow to be loyal to him. • C�0 is %peculated that Noise-Chan was studying in France, because Noisett is French. However there is no confirmation of that.
• Unlike Peppina's transformation, which is based on mahou shows, Noise-Chan's transformation is based on tokusatsu, mostly referencing the Sentai show.
• The air balloon that Noise-Chan uses throughout the series actually belongs to her and not summoned by magic like her bombs and gadgets.
• According to manga, Noise-Chan hates pickled plumes.
• In manga, she is usually drawn without the mask due to the artist error. In one of the interviews the mangaka stated that he "just forgets that she has it^{(The mask)}".
