This whole thing started as a Pizza Tower April Fools joke. After the game release I was hanging around in official PT discord(it was still open back then) and posting artworks in the style of 90s cartoons. Everyone seemed to like it, especially because I was adding flavour text of describing them as if they were real episodes that everyone watched as kids.

Around that time (In the beginning of the March, I think?) I had idea of "What if PT was brough abroad to Japan and poorly adapted to Japanese audience?". It was supposed to be something like Sonic cartoons in america, but reversed: take the source material and transform it into whatever.

Shortly after, the official discord was closed and I kinda forgot about this idea. However I still continued posting fake screenshots on Twitter, and around the end of March I decided that my "Poorly adapted PT anime" would be perfect for April prank.

Little did I know that Mc.Pig himself will retweet my post with Peppina, and her popularity will skyrocket, with people creating fanart and even mods for the game.

I would rather call it an ARM - Alternative Reality Media.

This isnt something that you need to play or solve. It's just a site that supposed to act like this thing was real... Yet it's all fiction.

Currently as I'm writing it (27.03.24), I'm not.

I do hang around in the discord server of the mod and make some art and memes, but I don't contribute to the mod itself at all.

Depends of which characters.

Back when I made the fake anime screenshots, I created Peppina, Gustava, Renga, Noise-Chan and Noisett and after that just dropped this thing entierly. And then the Peppina fans were just creating stuff on their own.

Although I did came back to the concept of Peppina Anime around November and created the rest of the cast that have Wiki Pages on this site. So basically:

Anime exclusive characters - yes.
Mod exclusive characters - no.

No. And if you think it is then you missed the whole point of it.

I never intended to create a genderswap Peppino or any other characters from PT. They are more like a counterparts to each other. Plus most of the characters that I made for this are same gender as their original inspiration anyway.

Nope, I'm DONE!

I've been working on this non stop starting from November 2024, creating hundreds of sketches and artworks, animations, coding, writing etc... This is the biggest and most elaborate personal project I ever done and I had enough ot it. I will be drawing Peppina and the other cast occasionally but overall I'm done. I would rather move on and work on something else.
